Dheenu Kasinathan has been working in the robotics engineering field since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Robotics and Controls Engineer Intern at Avar Robotics, where they developed an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) for Distribution Centers. Their responsibilities included modeling the prototype, designing the control algorithm for the robots, optimizing and swarming the robots, and working on actuators for the movement of the robots. In 2019, they worked as a Robotics Software Engineer at Duro UAS. Currently, they are a Robotics Engineer at ArcBest Technologies. Dheenu also served as a Graduate Student Assistant at New York University in 2018.

Dheenu Kasinathan received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering between 2012 and 2016. Dheenu then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, which they completed in 2018.
