Mohammed AlAbdulkrim has a diverse work experience history. Mohammed is currently serving as a Board Member for Tuwaig Casting & Forging company LLC, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, Mohammed held various roles at Dussur, including Head of Governance from April 2022 and Legal Director from November 2019 until May 2022.
Before joining Dussur, Mohammed worked at Al Rajhi Capital for several years. Their roles there included Head of Legal Department from February 2016 to October 2019, where they managed the Legal department and provided legal opinions and advice to all Al Rajhi Capital departments. Mohammed also served as a Legal Counsel from March 2012 to October 2019, supporting the Legal department in day-to-day operations and providing legal opinions and advice.
At the beginning of their career, Mohammed worked as a Legal Advisor at Alinma Bank, contributing to the establishment of the bank's Legal Department and drafting core banking and business agreements and contracts. Mohammed also served as an Assistant Legal Researcher at CITC from September 2004 to August 2006.
Mohammed AlAbdulkrim completed their Bachelor's degree in Law at KSU from 2000 to 2004. Mohammed then pursued a Master's degree in Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which they completed from 2007 to 2008. In 2022, Mohammed attended the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) and obtained a certification as a Legal Mergers and Acquisitions Expert (LM&A). Their studies at the IMAA focused on various aspects of the M&A process, including strategy, deal types, hostile takeovers, due diligence, valuation, and corporate governance.
