John Ramsey

John Ramsey has had a long and varied career in the technology and healthcare industries. John began their career as a Billing Representative at Southern NH Medical Center in 2005, before moving on to C Squared Systems as a Software Engineer in 2008. In 2011, they joined CSC as a Senior Consultant, where they acted as the Lead Revenue Cycle and Information Technology consultant on the Siemens Healthcare Software Implementation project at Cape Cod Healthcare. John then returned to Southern NH Medical Center in 2013 as a System Integration Analyst. In 2017, they joined PTC as a Principal Engineer and Senior Engineer, Cloud Platform Architecture. In 2020, they joined DUST Identity as VP of Engineering, Director, DevOps and Infrastructure, Head of DevOps, and Principal DevOps Engineer. Finally, in 2022, they began teaching a cybersecurity course in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics Business in Practice (BIP) program at the University of New Hampshire, entitled "Reducing Cyber Risk".

John Ramsey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Keene State College between 2004 and 2008. John then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University between 2018 and 2021. In December 2021, they also obtained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)².
