Melissa Hawkins

Melissa Hawkins, MS has a solid work history. Melissa started their career at Manpower in 2011 as a Staffing Specialist. In the same year, they joined Dustin Construction as an HR Specialist and worked there until 2019 when they became the HR Director. Prior to that, Melissa spent seven years at Renaissance Salon & Spa as a Spa Manager.

Melissa Hawkins, MS, has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources Development. Melissa obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree from McDaniel College, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology at Villa Julie College, spanning from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Melissa has also acquired several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In December 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Following this, in March 2017, they earned the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Lastly, in July 2015, Melissa obtained the Certified Occupational Safety Specialist certification from the Alliance Safety Council.
