Fredrik Åsberg has held various managerial and consultancy roles in companies such as Dustin Group, Region Stockholm, ERV Group, Acando, Cybercom Group, and Trafikförvaltningen. Their roles include Head of Customer Operation Management and Head of Governance & Transformation at Dustin Group, Head of Product & Portfolio Management at Region Stockholm, Nordic Portfolio and Business Manager at ERV Group, Senior Management Consultant at Acando, and Business Developer Manager at Cybercom Group.

Fredrik Åsberg studied at LTU and earned a Master of Science in Industrial Management and Engineering. Fredrik also obtained a Black Belt in Six Sigma, focusing on quality management.
