Cecilia Ridal has over 16 years of experience in various roles within customer operations, customer service, and operations management. Cecilia started their career at GE Money Bank in 2005 as a Team Manager and progressed to become an Operations Improve Manager before the bank changed its name to Santander Consumer Bank in 2014. After that, they worked at Santander Consumer Bank AB as an Operations Improve Manager, responsible for setting strategies and leading a team in executing projects. Cecilia then transitioned to The Linde Group as a Customer & Business Care Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Customer Operations Group at Dustin, leading customer operations in the Nordic region. Throughout their career, Cecilia has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering first-class service to customers.
Cecilia Ridal has pursued various leadership and management programs throughout their career. Starting in 2005 with a course on financial statements at UC Business School, they continued to enhance their skills with programs like "Building Essentail Leadership Skills" at Crotonville Alumni in 2006, and "Managing at GE (MGE)" at Crotonville Alumni in 2013. Most recently, they completed the "Leadership @Dustin" degree at Lorensbergs in 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as the "Axiom Leadership Program" in 2020 and the "Executive Leadership Program" in 2022.
