Lukas Michalski has a diverse work experience background. Lukas started their career at GE Capital in 2011 as a Team Supervisor/Coach in Collections before becoming a Team Manager in Customer Sales. In 2014, they transitioned to Santander Consumer Bank - Nordics as a Team Manager in Sales Support. Lukas then moved to Santander Consumer Bank AS in 2015, where they took on roles as a Trainer in Operations and as a Customer Experience Specialist, focusing on Complaints & Customer Satisfaction in Nordic Operations. Lukas most recently worked at Qliro starting in 2020 as a Team Manager before joining Dustin Group in 2022 as the Competence & Customer Complaints Lead. Lukas has shown proficiency in leadership, training, process development, and customer experience optimization throughout their career.
Lukas Michalski attended Stockholm University from 2005 to 2006, studying Polish linguistics. Lukas then went on to Gotland University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a BS in International Business Relations with a focus on Business administration/Economics.
