Judge Susan G. Braden

Judge Susan G. Braden (Ret.) serves as an arbitrator and mediator with the American Arbitration Association and FEBARB, and holds the position of Jurist-In-Residence at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School. Additionally, Judge Braden acts as an independent director at Smoot Construction Company of Washington DC and serves on advisory boards for DUSTOFF Technologies, LLC, and the Washington Legal Foundation. In governance, Judge Braden serves on the advisory committee of the Bayh-Dole Coalition and as a counselor and strategic advisor for the United Inventors Association. Judge Braden has been appointed as a dispute settlement panelist under the USMCA Agreement and has contributed to the USPTO's advisory committee on artificial intelligence/IT. Education includes a JD from Case Western Reserve University and a Business Administration Certificate from Georgetown University, along with various programs at Harvard Law School.
