Gali Granot (Haroety)

Gali Granot (Haroety) has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gali began their career as a Project Manager at Ergo Consulting Group in 2009, where they managed and participated in various projects in the industrial engineering field. Their responsibilities included improving procedures, task analysis, organizational diagnosis, strategy implementation, and standardization. Gali provided advisory services to leading Israeli organizations such as Migdal Insurance and Finance Group, Israeli Medical Association, Shufersal, and Tel Aviv Municipality. Gali specialized in data analysis and engineering models, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that required multitasking, strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills, as well as analytical and management abilities.

In 2012, Gali joined HP as a Planning and Control employee, and then progressed to become the Operation Planning & Control Team Leader from July 2014 to September 2016. Gali played a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing operational processes.

From September 2016 to February 2023, Gali worked at Landa Digital Printing, where they served as the Global Logistics Manager and later as the Head of Production Plant. In these roles, Gali was responsible for managing global logistics operations and overseeing the production plant, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Most recently, Gali has joined DustPhotonics as a Senior Operations Manager, a position they started in February 2023. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing operational activities within the company.

Gali Granot (Haroety) completed their education in a chronological order. Gali attended Mikve Israel from 1995 to 2001, where they attained their degree in Biology and Chemistry. Later, from 2006 to 2010, they enrolled at Tel Aviv University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering/Industrial Management. Their educational journey continued at Tel Aviv University from 2012 to 2015, during which they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy.
