Sativa Harwood has extensive experience in customer experience and business strategy, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience Business Strategy at Dutch Bros Coffee since December 2019. Previous roles at Dutch Bros Coffee include Senior Manager of Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Experience Business Manager. Prior to joining Dutch Bros Coffee, Sativa held the position of Manager at Performant Corp from February 2001 to December 2019.
