Sumi Ghosh

Sumi Ghosh has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. They began their career as a Franchise Representative for Little Caesars Pizza in 1990. They then became a District Manager for CLARK GAS & OIL COMPANY, INC. in 1993. From 1995 to 2005, Sumi worked at Yum! Brands in various roles such as District Manager, Market Planner, Franchise Business Coach, and Region Coach. They then joined Aramark as a Regional Vice President from 2005 to 2008. Sumi's career in the coffee industry started at Starbucks in 2008, where they served as a Regional Vice President, chief executive officer of Tata Starbucks, and svp of Siren Retail, Roastery, and Reserve Stores. They then worked at Foxtrot as the COO from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, Sumi held the role of Global VP of Nike Stores at Nike from 2021 to 2023 and is currently the President of Operations at Dutch Bros Coffee starting in 2024.

Sumi Ghosh attended Michigan State University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Advertising. Prior to their university education, they attended Southfield Lathrup High School.
