Janneke Dreesmann-Beerkens

Janneke Dreesmann-Beerkens is an experienced board member and ambassador with a strong background in fundraising and governance, particularly in the fields of healthcare and the arts. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Stedelijk Museum Fonds and the Cancer Center Amsterdam, Janneke also holds prominent positions at various organizations, including Ambassador for the Prinses Máxima Centrum for Children's Oncology and the Dutch National Opera & Ballet. As the Founding Chair and Executive Board Member of Human Rights Watch, along with a commitment to the Antwerp International School and multiple other organizations, Janneke demonstrates a dedication to both social causes and cultural institutions. Academic qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam.
