Daniel Wilcox

Daniel Wilcox is a professional with a broad range of experience in operations and customer experience roles. Daniel has worked at various companies such as Dutch Pet, Ro, Rip Van, Bark & Co., Beacon, Rhum and Clay, and HBO. Daniel is a founding team member at Dutch Pet and has held positions such as Head of Operations and Head of Customer Experience. Daniel has also worked in roles such as Director of Customer Experience, Head of Member Care, Operations Manager, Customer Operations Manager, Campaign and Development Consultant, Associate Producer, and Locations Associate. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Bennington College.
