James Jacobs has over 20 years of experience in customer success and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as Territory Manager for Customer Success at Dutchie since April 2021, James previously held multiple roles at Hudl from September 2017 to April 2021, including Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to Hudl, James was with Dr. Leonard's Healthcare Corp. for over 13 years, advancing from Customer Service Representative to Sales Manager. James began the professional journey at Centerpointe as ERC Lead from February 2003 to February 2004.
