Gail McDowell

Gail McDowell is a seasoned professional in customer support and technical operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Support at Delphix since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Customer Support at Nintex, where successful integration of product support teams post-acquisition was achieved. Previously, at SourceCode Technology Holdings, McDowell held various positions culminating in Senior Director of Global Support, overseeing technical support operations and driving product improvements. Experience also includes senior technical roles at PlayNetwork, SourceCode North America, and Vidiator, with a foundation in IT infrastructure and network management from early career roles with the US Army Corps of Engineers. McDowell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Western Washington University.
