Libby Bassett

Libby Bassett is an experienced guide at DuVine Cycling + Adventure Co. since April 2018 and has held various roles in sports coaching and education. Previous positions include English teacher at Language Project and student at the University of Catania, where Libby earned a Master’s degree in Romance Languages. Prior to that, Libby contributed as an assistant soccer coach at institutions such as the University of South Carolina and Dartmouth College, focusing on goalkeeper training and recruitment, while also serving as a professional soccer player for Afturelding FC in Iceland. Libby holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor’s in History and Italian Language from the University of San Diego and a Master's in International Cooperation from Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori. Additionally, Libby is pursuing a diploma in chocolatiering at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners.
