Gajanan Chavan

Gajanan Chavan has over five years of professional experience in the field of operations and customer relationship management. In 2019, they joined Dvara SmartGold as an Assistant Operations Manager, where they were responsible for handling day-to-day business operations with external and internal stakeholders. Gajanan also had a customer-first attitude and was always on toes to lessen the pain point of customers. Gajanan also coordinated with Partner teams and handled escalations on a day-to-day basis to provide prompt resolution to the customer. Prior to this, Gajanan Chavan worked at ZAR JEWELS PRIVATE LIMITED from 2015 to 2019 as a Customer Relationship Management Manager. In this role, they handled 10 executive teams and conducted team huddles, monitored teams, and gave feedback. Gajanan was also responsible for training and development of new joiners to the team and making them familiar with the process.

Gajanan Chavan attended Madurai Kamaraj University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Theirfield of study was Bachelor of Business Administration.
