Beth Buchanan

Beth Buchanan is a Senior Instructional Designer and Project Manager at d'Vinci Interactive. Beth has over fifteen years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design. Beth has a passion for education and has worked in a variety of educational settings, from trades to allied health.

Beth Buchanan began their career as an Editor/Curriculum Writer at Axiom Resource Management Company in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for editing and writing curriculum for a variety of educational programs. Beth left Axiom in 2008 to pursue their teaching career.

Beth Buchanan spent the next two years as an English Teacher at McDonogh School. In this role, they were responsible for teaching English to high school students. Beth left McDonogh School in 2013 to pursue their career in higher education.

Beth Buchanan spent the next year as a Writing Instructor at the University of Baltimore. In this role, they were responsible for teaching writing to college students. Beth left the University of Baltimore in 2014 to join Education Affiliates as the Manager of Curriculum Development.

In their current role, Beth is responsible for redesigning elements in a range of courses to tailor them to the online learning environment. Beth also manages the on-boarding of curriculum development specialists and the development of trainings for faculty and students. Beth has also managed the maintenance and updates of Canvas LMS for a variety of programs. Most recently, Beth co-managed

Beth Buchanan has a Master of Science from Boise State University in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning. Beth also has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Maryland, as well as an MFA in Fiction from the University of Oregon. In addition, Beth has a certification from LinkedIn in Articulate Storyline Essential Training.
