Danette Bonebrake

Danette Bonebrake has a strong background in customer service and management. Danette started their career as a Lab Technician / Quality Control at Crawford Laboratories in 1997. From there, they worked at FTD as a Customer Service Representative before joining Sprint Nextel, where they held roles in the Customer Service Quality Team and served as a Quality Team Advisor. Danette then moved on to The Kraft Heinz Company as a Customer Service Manager, where they successfully established a new customer service department. After that, they worked at Storck as a Customer Service Manager and at Vera Bradley as a Customer Service Supervisor. Currently, they are the Director of Client Services at D&W Fine Pack, where they oversee the Client Services team and handles customer orders and service issues. Danette Bonebrake has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead and develop teams and provide excellent customer service throughout their career.

Danette Bonebrake attended Lewis University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business.
