Aaron Almanza

Aaron Almanza, ARM®, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Aaron is currently employed at Dweck Properties as the SVP of Property Management, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Property Operations at Dweck Properties from July 2020 to June 2023.

Before joining Dweck Properties, Aaron worked at Gates Hudson as a Regional Vice President from August 2018 to July 2020. Aaron also gained experience as a Regional Manager at Bonaventure Realty Group from June 2017 to August 2018.

Earlier in their career, Aaron held various positions at Gates Hudson, including Property Manager from December 2012 to June 2017. Aaron also worked as a Community Manager at Archstone from April 2008 to December 2012.

Additionally, Aaron has experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty from 2006 to 2008. Aaron began their professional journey as an Office Automation Assistant at USDA-FSIS from October 2004 to June 2006.

Aaron Almanza, ARM®, holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Texas A&M University. Aaron also earned a BS in Hospitality Development/Management from the same university. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2022. Additionally, they acquired the Low Income Housing Tax Credit certification in 2012.
