Andrew Vanhorn

Andrew VanHorn has a diverse and accomplished work experience in the real estate industry. Andrew is currently serving as the President & CDO for Dweck Properties, where they oversee the operation of a 7,200+ unit portfolio and guides investment and capital strategies for growth opportunities. Prior to this role, Andrew worked at JBG SMITH for over 15 years, serving as the Executive Vice President responsible for entitlement and community activities. Andrew also held the position of Principal at JBG SMITH. Before joining JBG SMITH, Andrew worked at Buvermo Properties as a Vice President, where they focused on private equity and debt placement for real estate projects. Andrew began their career as a Project Manager at Charles E. Smith and served as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction.

Andrew VanHorn obtained an MBA in General from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a BS in Engineering at Lehigh University from 1993 to 1998.
