Sarah Cahill has extensive work experience in various roles within the property management industry. Sarah currently serves as the VP of Learning & Customer Experience at Dweck Properties. Prior to this, they worked at GATES HUDSON & ASSOCIATES as the Director of Organizational Development & Customer Experience, where they also held the position of Senior Regional Property Manager. Sarah has experience as a Regional Property Manager at Wood Partners, overseeing a portfolio of 1,100 market rate apartment homes. Sarah has also worked at AvalonBay Communities and Archstone/AvalonBay Communities as a Community Manager. Sarah's early career involved roles as a Property Manager at Archstone, an Executive Assistant at Lallie, Inc, and a Teacher at Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Sarah started their career as a Barista at Crema, LLC and progressed to the role of Restaurant Manager, assisting with the start-up of a new bistro. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership, management, and customer service skills.

Sarah Cahill, MSA, CPM received their Masters of Science Administration degree with a focus on Leadership from Central Michigan University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Education with a perfect GPA from the same institution in the years 2001 to 2005.
