Jan DeFalco has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jan is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Dwellwell Analytics, Inc. Since joining RightEye in 2019 as the Vice President of Customer Success, Jan created and implemented a strategic plan to enhance customer experience and revenue growth. Jan achieved impressive results, including triple-digit Net Revenue Retention rates, high renewal rates, and low monthly churn rates. Prior to that, Jan served as the Vice President of Customer Lifecycle Marketing at Tradition Homes, LLC for a decade, and as the Managing Director of Brand and Consumer Marketing at Sallie Mae. In these roles, they successfully led rebranding efforts, revenue growth, and marketing strategies. Jan also gained valuable experience at MCI Communications, where they served as the Senior Manager of Partner Marketing, responsible for the company's largest loyalty cobrand partner, United Airlines.
