Glenn Dittrich

Glenn Dittrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and talent management sectors. Currently a Senior Partner in Talent and Transformation at IBM since November 2006, Glenn has held various positions including Chief Revenue Officer for Watson Talent and Vice President roles in both Collaboration and Watson Talent. Prior to joining IBM, Glenn served as the Managing Director at BrassRing from September 1998 to November 2006 and worked as a Marketing Manager at Opalis in 1997-1998. Earlier in the career, Glenn gained sales experience as a Sales Representative at Career Expo from July 1995 to May 1997. Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University, attending from 1991 to 1995, and is an alumnus of St. Xavier High School.
