Mark Demas possesses extensive experience in engineering and information technology management, having held various roles at IBM from May 2011 to the present and at Sterling Commerce from September 1998 to July 2011. At IBM, Mark served as a Manager overseeing an Engineering Development Lab and was responsible for the operational and tactical support of technical resources. Additionally, Mark worked as a Program Manager to modernize delivery center client briefing environments, focusing on budget management and upgrading designs for client comfort and corporate security. Prior experience at Sterling Commerce as the Director of IT Support Services involved managing a $30 million budget and leading a team of 70 engineering personnel in global IT support. Mark holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
