Aaron Waters

Aaron Waters is currently the Service Design Lead at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. Previously, Aaron has held various roles at companies such as Computershare UK and Argos, gaining experience in ICT operations and customer service. Aaron is responsible for negotiating SLAs with suppliers and ensuring services are delivered safely and in compliance with regulations. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing from the University of South Wales.
