Adam Fairman has over 15 years of experience in energy management and project implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Energy Analyst and Energy Innovation and Programme Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since September 2010, Adam focuses on the management of renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Efficiency Initiatives Project Manager at Kelda, where responsibilities included identifying and implementing projects to reduce operational expenses. Adam began the career with a graduate trainee role at Kelda, where a variety of business functions were explored through short placements. Adam's professional journey commenced as a Finance Assistant at Wolseley UK. Adam holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2005.
