Hardik Gandhi has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics, currently serving at DWS Group since October 2015, where responsibilities include managing Qlik's global analytical environment and developing BI solutions for asset management. Previous roles include Lead BI Analyst at CSL Behring and Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst positions at Edwards Lifesciences, 1199 SEIU, and Citi, focusing on data analysis, dashboard development, and ETL processes. Additionally, Hardik has a strong background in team management and cross-functional collaboration, stemming from initial roles in systems analysis and security management. Hardik holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
