Phil then worked at CCC Information Services as a Director of Product Management, managing products related to automotive claim processing. In 2000, they joined NTE, a start-up company, as a Senior Product Manager, where they developed customer and technical requirements for an online transportation exchange. From 2000 to 2004, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Stellent, responsible for product management and marketing of software products.
