Phil Poznanski

Phil Poznanski has extensive work experience in product management roles. Phil started their career at Siemens in 1991, where they served as a Senior Product Manager for building automation and control. Phil then worked at CCC Information Services as a Director of Product Management, managing products related to automotive claim processing. In 2000, they joined NTE, a start-up company, as a Senior Product Manager, where they developed customer and technical requirements for an online transportation exchange. From 2000 to 2004, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Stellent, responsible for product management and marketing of software products. Phil then joined Siemens again in 2004, working as a Sr. Product Manager and later as a Business Line Manager. In 2011, they moved to Panduit as a Director of Software and Appliances, providing strategic direction for the company's software and appliance product lines. Finally, in 2014, they joined Dwyer Instruments as a Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Product Management for Pressure Products.

Phil Poznanski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1976 to 1981. Phil went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Loyola University Chicago from 1986 to 1988.
