Arnaldo Faissol Mendes

Arnaldo Faissol Mendes has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2022, they joined DX Gameworks as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, in 2020, they worked as a Venture Partner at Bertha Capital. From 2017 to 2020, they founded and served as the CEO of Lively, a role they held concurrently with being an Entrepreneur at Gipoia Partners. In 2016, they were the Vice President of Strategy, IT, and Business Development at Brasil Brokers. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, they were a Founding Partner at Gipóia Partners. In 2014, they worked as the Director of Finance at Grupo Bravante. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Executive Manager of Financial Planning at INVEPAR - Investimentos e Participações em Infra-estruturas. In their earlier career, from 2010 to 2012, they were the Director of Finance and Investor Relations at InBrands, where they led the company's IPO efforts. Lastly, from 2009 to 2010, they were the Director of BR Home Centers, where they managed finance, accounting, tax, banking, insurance, IT, legal, and administrative functions, and played a role in the company's financial turnaround and M&A activities.
