Arlete Bacon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Arlete started their career at IBM in 1982, working as an IBM Systems Engineer until 1994. Then, they joined Savannah Foods as a Business Systems Manager, where they stayed for ten years until 2004. At Savannah Foods, they gained valuable experience in managing business systems. In 2004, Arlete transitioned to Diamond Crystal Brands where they held various roles. Arlete started as a Manager of Data Warehousing and eventually became the Director of Information Technology in December 2016.
