Jim Luckas has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jim started their career at Philips in 1981 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Branch Manager and Technician Supervisor. At Philips, they were responsible for managing branch offices, budgeting, staffing, and corporate compliance. Jim also provided technical training and conducted product repairs. In 2005, Jim joined Dynabook Americas as a Director of Service and Support. In this role, they oversaw service and support operations, including customer contact center, service part procurement, field service, and support web site. Jim specializes in vendor management, client relationship building, process improvement using Six Sigma, building cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and implementing data analysis methods to improve customer support delivery.

In addition to their formal education, Jim received various certifications, including Introduction to R, Tackling the Challenges of Big Data, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, The Data Scientist's Toolbox, AdobeGenPro Animation, AdobeGenPro App Design, and Preventing Workplace Harassment.
