Amy Onukwue (Nneamaka)

Amy (Nneamaka) Onukwue is an experienced professional currently serving as a Clinical Laboratory Assistant at Dynacare since December 2021. In this role, Amy manages operational quality by conducting instrument calibrations, implementing maintenance functions, and preparing specimens for examination, while performing manual and automated chemical analyses of body fluids. Prior to this, Amy worked as an Associate-Technology Agent at Sutherland, where responsibilities included collecting customer feedback and resolving technical concerns to enhance customer satisfaction. As a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor, Amy supported faculty needs, facilitated laboratory experiments, and summarized scientific literature, proving adept in research methodologies and data analysis. Amy holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Windsor.
