In her role as VP, People & Culture, Kristy provides leadership to the People, Safety and Security teams. She works with the leadership teams and the organization as a whole to collaboratively build on and execute the long term vision for all People & Culture functions while ensuring that all decisions, programs and process align with the company’s core values.
