Stephen M.

Stephen M. has a diverse work experience spanning 20 years. Stephen began their career in 2000 as Personnel Management Center Chief in the US Army. In 2005, they joined Windows West LLC as an Operations employee. In 2013, they moved to UPS where they held the roles of District Cost Supervisor, District Finance Manager - Cost Reporting & Management, and UPS West Region - Financial Reports & Plans Manager. Most recently, Stephen has been employed at Dynamic Blending since 2020, where they have held the roles of Chief Operating & Finance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and General Manager of Operations, Quality, Plant Management, Sales & Marketing, and Finance & Accounting. Additionally, they served as an Operational & Financial Analyst, responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of business operations.
