Sonia Franco is an experienced bilingual customer service professional with a strong background in technical support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Bilingual HelpDesk Level I at Stefanini Group since March 2021 and simultaneously working as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Dynamic BDC since September 2018, Sonia has developed a solid skill set in troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and customer assistance. Previously, Sonia held positions at Maximus, Insight Global, MVM, Inc., Accenture, TechTeam Global, Inc., and Minacs, Inc., where responsibilities included IT helpdesk support and linguistic analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Wayne State University, a Network Engineering Professional certificate from Global Information Systems, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Central del Este.
