Jennifer Howard

Jennifer Howard is the current National Hygiene Mentor at Dynamic Dental Partners Group. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Customer Experience (CX) at Emailage from November 2017 to October 2018.

Emailage is a SaaS-based company providing fraud prevention technology for financial institutions, bank cards, and Ecommerce merchants to verify transactional data. In their role as Director of Customer Experience, Jennifer worked with customers to collaboratively facilitate key initiatives across business functions and support continuous improvement based on Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives.

During their time at Emailage, Jennifer launched the company's first user conference, "CONNECT", which included website content and layout, agenda curation, promotional campaign, conference collateral, and created the first annual customer recognition awards program, "RISKEE Awards". Jennifer also produced 7 product videos, 6 educational webisode "Fraudsplained" videos, and 2 sizzle highlight reels.

In addition, Jennifer launched the global customer and prospect monthly educational newsletter and hosted the first quarterly customer and prospect webinar series. Jennifer also launched two key customer engagement activities and lead nurturing campaigns collaborating with teams in Mexico, Brazil, Australia, and England.

Jennifer Howard has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from San Diego State University, a Masters of Arts in Organizational Development & Change from Hawaii Pacific University, an Associates of Arts in Economics from Copper Mountain Community College, and a certification from HubSpot in Hubspot Marketing Software. Jennifer also has a certification from HubSpot in Hubspot Sales Certification and a certification from HubSpot in Inbound Sales Certification.
