Henry Galdamez

Henry Galdamez has worked in the healthcare industry since 2007. Henry began their career as a Data Analyst for Arta Medicare/ MD Care Health Plan. In 2010, they moved to SCAN Health Plan as a SR. Enrollment Analyst and Business Analyst, providing Medicare Advantage HMO health insurance to seniors in California. During their time there, they assisted with content creation and development of the Medical Policy repository, updated or corrected members' eligibility discrepancies to match Medicare or Health Plan, and enhanced operational efficiency by tracking system errors, enhancements, and change requests. In 2013, they joined Dynamic Healthcare Systems, Inc. as an Operation Manager, Business Analyst, and Account Manager. In this role, they provided Member Management and Risk Adjustment Solutions to Managed Care Organizations participating in Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange programs. Henry also oversaw Medicare EDPS and RAPS claims and risk applications to health plans accepting Medicare risk and supervised projects undertaken by a large team from offshore and onshore.

Henry Galdamez attended Orange Coast College from 1999 to 2005, where they transferred to the University of Phoenix to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with a Concentration in Management, which they completed in 2015.
