Charles Shepardson has a diverse background in customer service, sales, and management, with experience spanning various industries. Currently a Customer Sales Representative at Dynamic Logistix since January 2019, Charles has also held roles as a Business Development Representative and Freight Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Charles worked at Hy-Vee, Inc. as a Bartender and front of house manager, and at Bonefish Grill as a Bartender/Bar Manager, where relationship-building and inventory management were key responsibilities. Charles began a career in admissions at Pinnacle Career Institute and started in sales as a Customer Service Representative at Citi, where exceptional communication skills led to repeated recognition as a team sales leader. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Park University, completed in 2018.
