Kiara Higgins

Kiara Higgins is the current Project Director at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. Kiara has a long history of working in customer service positions, including as an Assistant Manager at Gap Inc. and, most recently, as the Business Services Manager at United Labor Agency. In their current role, they are responsible for managing and providing organization and leadership for development of Business Service Consultants (BSC) and Recruiters. Kiara also meets goals/objectives as defined by the senior management of workforce services, ensures communication and understanding of deadlines and assignments, and maintains a thorough and complete working knowledge of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.

Kiara Higgins has a Bachelor of Arts in Kiara'spanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh. Kiara also has two Masters of Science in Education, one in Administration and Supervision from Duquesne University, and one in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Duquesne University.

They are on a team with Erich Ulmer - Project Director, Rick Myers - EVP & GM Job Corps, and Ann Gomez - VP, Finance. Their manager is Paul Dunn, CEO.
