Mr. Ho Yiu Sum, aged 45, is the financial controller and company secretary of the Company. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom, and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly knowns as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators). He has a bachelor’s honors degree in accountancy and a master’s honors degree in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Ho has extensive experience in auditing, company secretarial work, and financial management of listed companies. Before joining the Group, he worked in one of the international accounting firms.
