Bilal Muhthassim, PMP has a strong work experience in project management and delivery. Bilal is currently working as a Project Delivery Manager at Dynasty Gaming & Media, where they successfully launched an e-Sports platform and manages two of the company's largest projects. Bilal is responsible for developing and maintaining the platform launch roadmap, implementing changes and interventions to ensure timeline achievement, and facilitating communication with the core team and clients.

Prior to this, Bilal worked as a Project Manager at AXA Affin Insurance, where they managed the rollout of motor telematics-related products. Bilal excelled in managing multiple product rollouts concurrently and fast-tracked projects to reduce time to market, increasing revenue for the business.

Bilal also served as a Technical Project Manager at OS HRS, where they were responsible for project delivery and rollout of payroll and employee self-service solutions to Fortune500 clients in the APAC region. Bilal implemented the ISO27001 framework successfully and optimized project plans to expedite delivery using Agile methodologies.

Before that, they gained extensive experience at Tricubes Berhad, where they held various roles such as Project Manager, Project Business Analyst, and QA Engineer. As a Project Manager, they delivered software projects to end clients and managed TNB's Nationwide implementation of the Smart Spot Billing System. As a Project Business Analyst, they performed complex analysis, designed and planned projects, and interacted with software architects and developers. As a QA Engineer, they identified quality objectives and introduced effective quality standards and procedures.

Bilal also worked as a Design Engineer at Tricubes Berhad, where they worked on improving security systems, specifically biometric fingerprint scanners. Bilal researched new project ideas and methods, troubleshooted faulty devices, and worked closely with senior design engineers.

Additionally, Bilal had an internship experience at Dialog Axiata PLC in the LTE Department.

Bilal Muhthassim, PMP, has a diverse educational background and a strong focus on project management. Starting in 2009, they attended the Royal Institute of Colombo, where they pursued their Edexcel GCE Advanced Level in Science, completing their studies in 2011.

Moving forward, Bilal attended the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Bilal has pursued various certifications to enhance their project management skills. In December 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. This certification is highly regarded in the field of project management.

Bilal has also completed several additional certifications to further develop their expertise in Agile methodologies. In March 2020, they completed the PMP Certification Training Course offered by KnowledgeHut. In early 2021, they obtained certifications such as "Become an Agile Project Manager," "Agile Foundations," "Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools," and "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management," all from LinkedIn.
