Crispin Tristram

Crispin Tristram has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Crispin is currently a Co-Founder of Dynasty Gaming & Media since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Telkomsel from October 2015 to October 2020 as the Vice President - Digital Lifestyle Services, where they were responsible for transforming revenue lines, customer engagement, and self-service across a customer base of 170 million subscribers. During their tenure, they achieved a remarkable 300% new revenue growth across various digital services.

In 2016, Crispin co-founded Dunia Games, Indonesia's largest Mobile Gaming Portal and Brand. Their role included community management, studio production, offline and online Esports, mobile payments, and distribution, contributing to the engagement of Indonesia's gaming community of 90 million.

Additionally, Crispin was a Guest Lecturer at Telkom University from January 2017 to October 2019. The university focuses on ICT-based education and research, and has a student population of 30,000, including international students from 28 countries.

Before these roles, Crispin held positions at leading companies such as Telstra, HOYTS Group, Optus, Orange UK Ltd, O2 (Telefónica UK), and Vodafone. Through these experiences, Crispin gained expertise in digital sales, customer experience, marketing, and product development in the telecommunications and entertainment industries.

Crispin Tristram earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Design Management from The University of Manchester between 1991 and 1994. In 1998, they pursued a Diploma of Management Studies as a postgraduate at the University of Hertfordshire, completing it in 2000. Additionally, in 2018, they received a Certificate in Certified Scrum Master from the National University of Singapore.
