Delia Yan

Delia Yan is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional currently serving as a Global DEIB Advisory Board Member and Co-Chair, as well as the Head of Talent Acquisition for APAC at Dynatrace since October 2018. Prior to Dynatrace, Delia held positions including Senior Recruiter and Regional Lead at Dynatrace, Enrolment Officer at Pivotal, and Independent Consultant at Spae International Consulting Firm. Delia also contributed as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at LinkedIn and as a Senior HR Consultant and Regional Lead at Zynga. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Sohu.com during the 2008 Olympic Games. Delia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from Beijing Normal University.
