Oselo Hinlo (Jojo)

Jojo Hinlo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They are currently the Director of Data Management and Analytics at Dynatronics, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jojo was the Senior Manager of Supply Chain and Operations Analytics at Dynatronics from February 2022 to June 2022.

Before joining Dynatronics, Jojo worked at Johnson & Johnson as the UDI Franchise Lead for the CSS Group from August 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and directing cross-functional activities between project teams and operating companies.

At SeaSpine, Inc., Jojo held the role of Production Control Manager from November 2015 to April 2018 and served as a Senior Buyer/Planner from April 2014 to November 2015. They managed production control and implemented strategic purchasing plans.

Prior to SeaSpine, Inc., Jojo worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Car Sound Exhausts Inc. from November 2013 to April 2014, where they managed purchasing and materials departments.

Jojo's work experience also includes the role of Operations Manager at Horizon Display from March 2009 to August 2013.

They started their career at Boeing, where they held the positions of Procurement Agent 5 from November 2007 to January 2009 and Procurement Agent 4 from November 2004 to November 2007. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic contract negotiation and management.

Before joining Boeing, Jojo worked as a Sourcing Specialist at The Walt Disney Company from July 2002 to November 2004. They negotiated and managed contracts for various commodities.

Jojo also held positions in purchasing and production control at Aerospace Rivet Manufacturers Corp. from August 2000 to June 2002, and at MONOGRAM AEROSPACE FASTENERS from August 1996 to June 2000.

Jojo Hinlo has a diverse education history. In 1984, they attended the Community College of the Air Force for four years, where they pursued a general education. Jojo then enrolled at the University of Phoenix in 1998 and completed a course in Purchasing Management. In the same year, they also attended the California State University, Fullerton for a course in Production and Inventory Management Practice. Oselo "Jojo" further enhanced their knowledge and skills by obtaining the Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification from the National Association of Purchasing Management, Inc. in August 1998. Jojo later pursued a degree in Business Management at Western International University from 2003 to 2006. Lastly, they attended UC Irvine in 2006 and 2007 to study Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
