Kate brings over 15 years of experience in business and human resources to her role at Dyne. She has experience developing a global talent acquisition strategy, designing and executing people and leadership development programs, and launching employee engagement initiatives. Prior to joining Dyne, Kate was an HR business partner and chief of staff at Ipsen. She built her career both in-house and as a consultant in the biopharmaceutical industry including at Ipsen, Biogen, and Deloitte. She has experience both managing small teams and leading large company projects and programs. Kate received her B.S. from the University of Connecticut and her MSA from Boston College.
