Shekhar Natarajan has a wealth of experience in regulatory affairs and quality assurance. Shekhar started their career as a Quality Control Supervisor at Ranbaxy in 1999 and later worked as a Senior Scientist in R&D at UCB Celltech. Shekhar then joined GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, where they worked in Global Regulatory Affairs. In 2009, Shekhar moved to Johnson & Johnson (UK) as a Regulatory Affairs Quality & Compliance EAME. Shekhar joined Biocon Limited. as an Associate General Manager in Global Regulatory Affairs in 2011 and later became the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance at Merck Serono. Shekhar then joined Shire, where they served as the Head of International Regulatory Strategy. Shekhar then took on the role of Executive Director and Head of EU/International Regulatory Affairs at GW Pharmaceuticals plc. Currently, they are the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Dyne Therapeutics.

Shekhar Natarajan holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the field of regulatory affairs from the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program (RAPS) in January 2008 and in SAS Programming from SAS in August 2007.
