Soma Ray

Soma Ray has extensive experience in the field of biomarker discovery and development. They have held various leadership roles at different pharmaceutical companies, including Dyne Therapeutics, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Biogen. Soma's roles have involved leading teams, developing biomarker assays, and providing support for neurology and immunology therapeutic areas. They have worked on a range of programs from pre-clinical to Phase III and post-marketing studies. Soma has also contributed to the development of diagnostic assays and bioanalytical assays for biopharmaceuticals.

Soma Ray obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta in 1996. From 1996 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Biochemistry from the same institution. Soma's education continued at the University of Kentucky, where they completed their Ph.D in Molecular and Biomedical Pharmacology from 1999 to 2004.
