Su Bailey has over 17 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2002 at e-QAS Training as an Information and Advice Officer, they focused on maximizing achievement numbers and providing quality learning experiences. In 2006, they moved to Prospects as a Skills Coach, where they successfully delivered a Skills Coaching program to help the long-term unemployed get back to work. In 2008, Su joined Simons Group Ltd as a Human Resources and Learning Advisor, specializing in property solutions and working with well-known retail and distribution companies. In 2013, they joined Dynex Semiconductor Ltd as a Senior Human Resources Officer, responsible for employee life cycle management and employee relations coordination. Su then progressed to become a Human Resources Manager and subsequently the Head of Human Resources, before assuming the role of Human Resources Director in July 2018. In this role, they set and delivers the HR and Learning and Development strategy for the company, which employs approximately 350 people.
Su Bailey completed the CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management qualification from CIPD Qualifications in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, Su obtained the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development from the same institution. In 2006 to 2008, Su pursued a Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Advice and Guidance from Oxford Cambridge and RSA. Additionally, Su holds a Certificate in Teaching Adult Learners from City and Guilds. Su also has certifications as a Thomas International High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI) Practitioner and Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner, obtained in February 2020.
