Pesins then moved on to Accenture, where they held multiple roles. As an IT Project & Programme Manager, they managed a programme of independent business areas and led a team of developers, testers, and analysts. Jevgenijs also worked as a Business Analyst, providing analysis and support for the implementation of an integrated solution in a large UK bank. Additionally, they served as a QA Automation Engineer, developing automation scripts and managing client relationships in a project with a key UK broker.

After their time at Accenture, Pesins joined Evolution Gaming, where they held the position of Head of Delivery Management Department (PMO). In this role, they were responsible for establishing and running a PM department and managing the operations, budgeting, recruitment, and team development.
